Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours of placing the order.

Most orders placed before 5 PM EST / 2 PM PST will be shipped the same day Monday - Friday.

Domestic (USA Only) Packages Arrive Within 2-4 Days through USPS.
Canada packages arrive Within 7-12 Days by Candian Post.

Once Placing An Order, Please Expect the Following to Occur:

• Be on the lookout for the email confirmation receipt showing the order was submitted
• A secondary email will be sent to you containing the tracking confirmation link to share updates on your package
• You will receive an email delivered confirmation within 24 hours once your package is delivered to your shipping address.

All orders will be shipped through USPS.com and tracking information will be emailed to you once your package is marked shipped from our warehouses in California.

USPS Delivers Our Packages to the Following Areas At No Additional Charge:

• Po Boxes
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
• If your address in the US is not deliverable by USPS, please include your Po Box number as a secondary line.

Please contact our customer service about transit times for international packages. Many countries are offered to checkout through our website. If your country is not on the list to checkout, please email or chat with our customer support representatives online. All emails will be answered within 24 hours. All chats will be answered in realtime by a live support agent (recommended).

Additional Shipping Policy and Procedures
Please note. If your address is undeliverable by the United States Postal Service, please provide your PO BOX as part of your address. For avoiding delays of your package, please double-check the address provided is correct in the email confirmation which will be sent to you at the time of placing the order. All orders with invalid or undeliverable address will be held in the warehouse until further detailed information is provided. Keto Ultra is not responsible once a package is scanned delivered for lost, stolen or misplaced mail. We release all liability once a package is marked delivered.

Returns Policy

All Keto Ultra supplements may be returned in original resellable condition within 30 days for a return fee of $4.95. All returned bottles must be unopened and clear of any damage. We do not accept returns after 30 days for any reason. If you are experiencing issues with our supplement, please stop taking the supplement and consult with your physician. Our support agents are not able to answer any medical questions you may have.
